How does the recruiting timeline work at Bridgespan?
For Associate Consultant and Consultant positions in the U.S.:
We traditionally recruit during the fall for start dates the following year (i.e., recruiting during fall 2022 for start dates throughout 2023).
The on-cycle recruiting process for 2023 starts has finalized. We occasionally engage in off-cycle recruiting during the Spring, more information to come.
For Associate Consultant and Consultant positions starting in 2024, the recruiting process will kick off in the fall of 2023.
For Associate Consultant and Consultant positions in Johannesburg:
Applications are AC and C positions are currently open for positions starting throughout 2023.
For Associate Consultant and Consultant positions in Mumbai:
Applications for Associate Consultant and Consultant positions starting in 2023 will open in Q1 of 2023.
For Associate Consultant and Consultant positions in Singapore:
We anticipate that applications for any Associate Consultant and Consultant positions starting in 2023 will open by Q3 of 2023.
For Manager positions in all offices:
We hire on a rolling basis through the calendar year. All available positions are currently posted.
